performances. Our performance management system emphasizes
frequent communication and discussion between directors and
employees on work performances and expectations with provision
of feedbacks and suggestions, for the purpose of uplifting
work performances and personal learning and growth.
In Univision, the director and the employee
are both responsible for the performance management. As an
employee, your responsibilities include:
- Pursue for excellence to fulfill,
even surpass, director's expectations.
- Understand the contribution of your
performance to the achievement of targets of your department
and of the entire company.
- Demonstrate positive behavior and
achievements for achieving work expectations.
- Regular reporting to director on your own job performance
and seek for feedback and suggestions.
- Aggressively search for resources and developing tools
for uplifting personal work performance.
